A: - If you substitute among the items listed,

lose even more?
A: - We
don't encourage that. We suggest
that you stop after 4 days and continue
to eat sensibly
for the next 28 days and
repeat the plan again.

today, gone tomorrow. This diet plan will
be around for
a very long time. It works!
